Check In

We want you to be able to worship without worries. As part of this commitment, we require that ALL children be registered prior to participation in any Kid’s Ministry class.

Drop Off and Pick Up: Children will be accepted in their classroom 15 minutes prior to the service. They must already be checked in and wearing their name label. We discourage parents from picking up their children before service is over, as this causes significant disruption to the Kids’ Ministry teaching environment. Parents must present the parent label in order to pick up their child. If a parent loses their label, they will be required to present their driver’s license or ID in order to pick up their child.

6:01 Kids

6:01 is a worship experience for families. It begins with families praising God together with our 6:01 worship band. Classes for kids, age 4 through fifth grade, are open after communion time.

Nursery and Tot Worship (Infants, New Walkers, 1 & 2-year-olds)

We have experienced staff and caring volunteers to make sure your child's first step towards a relationship with Jesus is safe and positive. At Countryside we believe that this is the first stepping stone in teaching them that Jesus is their very best friend. "... Even little babies shall praise Him!" – Matthew 21:16

We recommend that parents bring a diaper bag, diapers and an extra change of clothes all labeled with their child’s name: Please make sure all of your child’s belongings are labeled prior to class. We discourage parents from allowing their children to bring toys from home as it is easy for them to be misplaced or broken.

For the safety and well-being of all of our children, please do not bring a child to class who shows any signs of fever or any other potentially contagious illness.

Wee Worship (Age 3 – Kindergarten)

Sunday school and Wee Worship provide great opportunities for two-through five-year-olds to learn all about Jesus and His love for them. We use "My First Look" curriculum, which encourages that every moment is a teachable moment including playtime, singing, snack-time, and crafts. In Wee Worship, children learn three consistent themes: God loves me; God made me; and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.

While Sunday school provides a more intimate classroom setting, second hour kids are brought together for some "church time" all their own! Our Wee Worship is led by a team of caring volunteers where creative learning, music, and Bible teaching are emphasized.

Kids’ University

Kids’ University is our Sunday morning worship environment for elementary-aged kids (first – fifth grades). In Kids’ U., we believe the Bible should never be boring, worship can be ridiculously fun and good leaders always care. Before kids head off to middle school, we want to make sure these three things stick:

  • I need to make the wise choice.
  • I can trust God no matter what.
  • I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Each week in Kids’ U., kids experience a large group and a small group environment. We want kids to see how God's Word fits into their lives, to learn how to talk to Him, and to build friendships that will last.
