Before using any of the registration forms, please make sure to do the following tasks:
1. Go to Adobe's Web Site and DOWNLOAD the newest version (9.1 or higher) of Adobe Acrobat Reader if you don't already have it.
2. Make sure that whether using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari that you open the registration PDF forms in Adobe Acrobat 9.1 or higher or Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.1 or higher and NOT in Adobe Preview. If when you click Submit Registration button in the forms, you don't see a dialog box pop up like the one shown below, you need to open the PDF file in full Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader and not directly in your browser window or in Adobe Preview.

3. After you click the Send button in the dialog box above, you will have a popup box like the one below showing the option to send the registration form immediately if you have MS Outlook, Outlook Exchange or Other Desktop Applications (check your Sent email box to ensure the form was sent out). If you are using a web email client (such as gmail, yahoo, etc) and not a desktop client , you will have the option to Save the filled out registration form to your hard drive and can be emailed at a later time as an attachment.
